I like the space between how something works and how it feels.

I map processes, define the outcome they should create, and think through the architecture behind them. I ask how information moves, where decisions happen, and what people do when something doesn’t go as expected. I care just as much about the creative side: the story, the visuals and the small details that make an experience feel right. I get excited about new technology and AI because they give me fresh ways to connect those pieces.

I listen, research and look for the context around an idea: the people, the constraints, what already exists and what outcome would matter.

I connect structure and expression. That might mean a system architecture, a product journey, a visual direction or a clearer offer.

I create a version people can see, try or use, then study what lands, what needs work and what new questions appear.

I'm Yvan, based in Montréal. I bring together product design, AI-assisted building, business thinking and clear communication to move ideas from ambiguity toward something tangible.

I like problems where the interface, underlying system and business purpose all have to make sense together. I map the journey and edge cases, then build and refine something people can actually use.
